**Individual Consultations:**
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns and potential refund options.

**Webinars:**
Webinar registrations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, you will still receive access to the recorded session. Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance. If you experience technical difficulties during the webinar, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

**Video Downloads:**
All sales of video downloads are final. We do not offer refunds for video downloads unless the file is defective or corrupted. If you encounter any issues with your video purchase, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement.
